Six Feet Under
By: Kevin Magnus
As the wind howls to the crack of thunder,
We lay you to rest, six feet under.
The wind cuts through me, almost freezing my tears
And as I watch, your casket disappears.
It's all over, knowing that you're gone,
Another soul lost--now who's the pawn?
As they begin to cover you over with dirt,
I can't let go and forget the hurt.
It's so hard to believe that people like you must die,
But I know I must go on, so I just say, "Good bye."
