Nature not so quite
By: 'The Gurl of Myth' Rebecca C. Lofgren
Unseen hollow winds thread silky puddles, and whistle beneath sheep.
Crouching their soft horizon,
Hoary leaves with pithless stems found raped from the shallow Earth.
The grasses hushed from the frost-shot storm,
Jewel-eyed geese laugh, as the wind strikes up their wings.
And the emeried hare steals shells from the water ward stream.
